If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery.

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

*To be eligible, merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Free from damage, scratches, alterations, or signs of wear.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, pouches, boxes, and accessories included.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your Brite Lite Co. order number #. 

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

After the 7-day return period has passed, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Email-  support@britelitejewelry.com within the 7 calendar days of receiving your order and please include:

• Full name
• Order number #
• Item(s) you would like to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange

Please do not send merchandise back without first receiving return instructions from Brite Lite Co.

🌟REFUNDS:

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for an approved refund to appear on your account.

Eligible items may be exchanged within the same 7-day period, subject to product availability.

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, we will work with you regarding the eligible return options available for your order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS-

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry
• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items returned without their original packaging or included accessories

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS-

We carefully inspect our jewelry before it leaves Brite Lite Co. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

 

🌟RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping approved returns back to Brite Lite Co. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brite Lite Co. cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If approved you will receive a return label via email from support@britejewelry.com to send back the product secure inside its original box packaging. Please ship out within 7 Calendar Days of receiving the shipping return label. Total of 14 days to fully return item once received. 7 days to request a return and an additional 7 days to send back the item in its original packaging. If it exceeds the total of 14 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
